In today’s episode, Andrea shares her story of homecoming, and coming into her own. A former litigator turned career coach and rule-following child of Taiwanese immigrants, Andrea spent most of her life striving and accomplishing, she walked well worn paths to success. When the going got tough, she forced her way through until it left her feeling exhausted, miserable and lost. Andrea started working with a career coach, and for the first time she found herself feeling curious and hopeful. Today, her life is night and day from before, with her external circumstances mirroring the internal shifts that keep going. Andrea’s story is one of self-expression, acceptance, and a powerful reminder to source our self-worth from within.
