In today’s episode, Kara shares her story getting into play. It all started from a dark time, she was going through the dark night of the soul. It was a spiritual crisis, and everything in her life felt really heavy. She was working through childhood trauma too. It’s safe to say, everything was happening at once. Then COVID happened. She was working in corporate PR for 10 years, and she lost her job immediately, and truthfully it was a blessing in disguise. She felt a sense of relief, and it was finally time for her to create a life that actually excited her! Kara has created the first coaching program ever of its kind that’s half play, half subconscious reprogramming. Kara’s journey learning to love herself and giving herself permission to express herself, will remind you that it’s never too late to reconnect with our own childlike wonder.
